How does it work on the day of my rental?

1. BEFORE my rental, I download the Hello Scoot' app

2. I register with a driver's license and a bank card (no fees, it's just the guarantee)

3. On D-Day, I see a yellow key and my reservation directly in the app, and I start my trip

Battery failure and damage insurance

Standard

• Third-party insurance: you are covered by third-party insurance in the event of damage you cause to others.
• Troubleshooting: If you run out of battery, the costs are 30,000F for troubleshooting.

Premium

• Third-party insurance: you are covered by third-party insurance in the event of damage you cause to others
• Battery failure: costs of 5000F instead of 30,000F
• Deductible: you pay
